Microcurrent Electrotherapy (MET) and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES)
A non-invasive, hand-held device used to treat pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms. Approved by the NICE guildelines for anxiety treatment, this device can be used on any age human, and animals too! Not suitable for people with a pacemaker and may not be recommended during pregancy - although get in touch for more information on how CES helped me during pregnancy.
What matters to you?
Occupational Therapy looks at what matters to you, not what is wrong with you. Occupations are everything you do, from brushing your teeth, to toileting, to getting in and out of bed to actually getting out the door and driving to work. Occupations matter.
'Independent Living Advice' incorporates the skills of Occupational Therapy including, activity analysis, grading techniques, pacing, equipment provision and adaption to make activities of daily living and general life that bit easier.
