All personal information shared is kept in an online technology software, via email or saved within an online database - all of which are password protected and GDPR compliant. Any information discussed and shared on social media is advice only. I am only able to properly assess people I see on a 1:1 assessment/treatment basis. Any enquiries or comments through social media are left at your own risk, I am not liable for protecting your data via social media. However, any enquiries through my website will be GDPR compliant.

I will store your data for 7 years. I will then destroy your data appropriately. If, at anytime, you need access to your records, you can send your request to me in writing.
