What is MET?
Microcurrent electrical therapy (MET) works by sending microcurrent waves through the body. You can use probes or pain patches to specifically target pain sites all over the body.Â
Similar to a TENS machine, but the Alpha-Stim works using a unique waveform, higher intensity and a cumulative relief.
What is CES?
Cranial electrotherapy is used to treat depression, anxiety and insomnia. It works by attaching an ear-clip to each ear lobe. The unique waveform is sent through the two electrodes (using conducting solution). It is not fully understood how the Alpha-Stim works, but it is thought that it increases Alpha waves and decreases Delta. Basically, increases the good/happy stuff and decreases the bad!
Alpha-Stim
A non-invasive, hand-held device used to treat pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms.
The Alpha-Stim device can be used on any age human, and animals too! It is not suitable for people with a pacemaker and may not be recommended during pregnancy - although get in touch for more information on how CES helped me during pregnancy.

I first heard about the Alpha-Stim from an article I read whilst I was at the CFS clinic in Dunstable. I was reading how these 'earrings' had changed this lady's life. I contacted Linda Horncastle almost immediately for more information, and hired the device for a week. I'd been in pain for months with chronic fatigue and brain fog - I had to try something. Within a few days, I noticed some improvement. After 2 weeks, I felt like a new person and had to buy the device. It was then when I decided to train as a practitioner and help other people like Linda had helped me.
