I can make recommendations, offer advice, recommend equipment and adaptations if necessary, and set achievable goals together. Report included. Includes brief telephone/email follow-up. Further assessment required for in-depth visit and re-assessment if required or conditions change.

Any enquiries or comments through social media are left at your own risk, I am not liable for protecting your data via social media. However, any enquiries through my website will be GDPR compliant.

I will store your data for 7 years. I will then destroy your data appropriately. If, at anytime, you need access to your records, you can send your request to me in writing.
