Service Description

Don't suffer in silence! Come and meet other people who understand how you feel. There will be discussion topics, sometimes a guest speaker, literature and information available. It is a really informal, relaxed atmosphere with tea/coffee & cake. Currently not running due to Covid-19, for safety of all, however we have an online facebook community - let me know if you'd like to be added. Currently not running, but via Facebook closed group, and open for zoom meetings.
